"The location of the hotel is fantastic with beautiful views of the hills and mountains from the restaurant.
Slightly disappointed that the courtyard/garden section pictured on the advertising photo was dug up.
Good breakfast included in the stay, and the staff at the reception were helpful - we managed to check in early.
We had a problem with the shower in the room, it was dated and would leak water all over the floor. The air conditioning would sometimes stop working in the morning.

"The room was only ok. I was a bit disappointed that the room I booked was NOT the room I received. When questioned the staff member at desk really didn’t have much of an explanation for me. Our stay was only one evening and was not worth the headache of a dispute. We are a family of four and our double Bed was comfortable however the 2 small pull out twin couches for our teenage daughter were VERY uncomfortable.
We LOVED Assisi and the views were breathing. I would definitely try another hotel...
