Quirky hotel in a great location between the Arena and Juliet’s balcony. My single room was spacious with everything I needed. The bed was definitely bigger than a single! The welcome drink was a nice touch on arrival. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of hot and cold food. The hotel was very busy though!

Free shuttle to airport, really nice resturant near by if your stopping over try it out Gourmet Pizza e Cucina

Excellent stop over. Clean Hotel, dog friendly, easy parking. Restaurant on site. Good value although 19 Euros for one night for my dog who doesn't molt is a bit steep. He's a lot cleaner than my kids were at his age 😉

The Palazzo Monga is a truly unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Restored to a very high level, it was undoubtedly one of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed in. The location in the centre of Verona was perfect for seeing everything easily. The concierge Arthur was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the owner Julia. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Second visit. We love this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and other facilities. Handy for Verona but outside the city so nice and quiet too.

Really well thought out decor, lovely gardens, comfortable and welcoming inside. Staff were very hospitable.

Room clean and spacious

This is our second visit to Opera Relais de Charme and it's been another full ratings visit. The appartment is so close to the main points of interest. Also in a restriced area for most car traffic. We used the train to visit Lake Garda and with an all day ticket travelled via hyrofoil to explore many towns. Take to the mountains via cable car. Look down from 1,790 metres to the lake. You can train from Verona to Venice or Milan. When we visit again we plan to use Verona airport. It's not ...

Loved the proximity to the Arena and the other sights of Verona. Very cool decor and extremely well presented room with excellent air conditioning. Generous complimentary drinks in the mini-bar. Only downside was that the balcony was too small to be able to sit out on.

This hotel is not far from most of the major sights of Verona. The Roman Ponte Pietra is outside the front door, the Duomo is round the corner on the left, St Anastasia on the right. A short stroll takes you to the Teatro Romano and the superb treasures of St Maria in Organo. Just a touch further you're in Piazza del Erbe. Nothing is too far away, including good restaurants. The hotel itself, though only staffed in the morning and early evening, is staffed by friendly people who want to help in...

This was my second stay at this hotel, good breakfast, lots of choice, comfortable room, and lovely staff. Rooms were cleaned and stocked every day. Good hotel overall. Had a good view of the alps and the airport runway from my 5th floor room. Supermarkets were close to the hotel which was convenient as well as a bus stop to get in to Verona city if you’re not driving.

Great place for us lorry drivers so much parking would recommend it

The apartment is very modern ( in an older building with a a lift) and has a range of facilities including a small kitchenette with a microwave and coffee machine. All the staff were very helpful and the location is perfect just steps away from the Arena (for opera, concerts etc ) and Piazza Bra where you can find a wide range of restaurants and great shops. Having said that the street the apartments are in feels very safe and quiet so no disturbance from noise.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We had a lovely apartment with kitchenette which allowed us to cook on some of the evenings there. It's surrounded by beautiful countryside and vineyards. We had a car from Verona which is definitely useful as public transport is limited in the area. There are lots of cycle paths in the area, and a small village in walking distance with a church and two bistro restaurants. The pool was very pleasant and our children enjoyed playing in it in the evenings....

Escalus is located in the centre of Verona, just a few steps from the Arena, which always seems to have something happening. The lack of in-house restaurant, bar or lounge space was no draw-back at all for us. Breakfast in-room service was excellent and always delivered on time. Restaurants are plentiful, varied and nearby. Shopping is equally convenient and caters for all tastes. Taxis and public transport are plentiful, clean and easy to use. Large areas of the city are traffic free. Loads of...

The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and very clean. On a nice quiet street.
