"We booked this trip for my birthday. The resort is under construction. We were Not notified, even though they claimed it was on the webpage. The noise was awful, demolition drill awful at 7:30 am. And they said it will go on untill May 2025. Checking instructions were not very specific. The unit was not very clean. There was trash under beds and not cleaned dishes. The pool and beach acces were blocked the first two days of our vacation. They opened it after we complained."

"Our stay at Edisto Beach was absolutely incredible! The property was somehow even better than the pictures and description promised. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing views, peaceful atmosphere, and how thoughtfully everything was set up.
