Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber sehr auffällig war die bevorzugte Behandlung der zahlenden Gäste, wobei all inclusive ja vorab auch schon bezahlt wurde."

"Mooie accommodatie, ruime kamer en goed bed. Koffie en thee faciliteit op kamer. Wel beetje gehorig wat water afvoer wc/douche betreft bovenburen. Ontbijt en avondeten goede kwaliteit, vers en ruime keuze. Goede bonen koffie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Centraal gelegen, je loopt er zo uit. Niet aan een zandstrandje maar een kleinvstukje lopen en je kunt een strandbedje huren. Zou iedereen aanraden"

"I would give the place 10 points! And that's because it was worth the money during the time we were there. Although it's not a 5 star hotel and even an old one with an all inclusive service that is still stuck in time... At the same time, you can enjoy the service that the hotel offers both in terms of food, rooms and service. The food - needs improvement! Both in terms of quality and in terms of serving. You can at least upgrade the way of serving to be more respectable! The rooms - different...

"Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive. Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful. The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel."

"The staff was very friendly and Kind. The food was very good and dinner/ lunch menu changed daily so you never had the same. The beach is just a few meters away from the hotel (2 minute walk ) I defenetly recommend this hotel ☺️ "

"The staff and family who run the hotel go above and beyond for everyone, no detail missed. Nothing is too much trouble and they offer services before you even ask. Spotlessly clean. Food amazing. The hotel and rooms are just stunning. We were worried we might be a little far from restaurants and bars but the local village is just perfection, with a livelier strip within easy walking distance. Wouldn't change a thing."

"Lovely food and plenty of options - easy parking and Malia town was lovely- all inclusive drinks were good quality - can pay extra for more expensive options . It’s was very tidy but room cleaning is sparodic . We had a superior swim up room which was very nice but would choose a room further away from the pool bar next time and we had very noisy neighbours ( not the hotels fault- but couldn’t change rooms so lack of sleep ruined it a little for us) Would definitely go back"

"Accueil très agréable, chambre très propre et spacieuse, cadre magnifique. Le buffet est copieux et varié donc tout le monde y trouve quelque chose à son goût. Toute l'équipe est souriante et sans cette petite montée pour rejoindre l'établissement, ce serait parfait. "

"Hôtel excellent à tous points de vue. Par contre, il aurait été bien que l'hôtel soit dans une enceinte fermée avec parking. Il est au bord de la rue ce qui rend le stationnement parfois difficile. Le passage des véhicules le soir est souvent assez bruyant."

Good location right on the beach, pool ok but very cold water, the sea was warmer I think… Busstop just a step away on the mainstreet that takes you straight to Heraklion or if u like to Agios Nikolaus. Only are Breakfast but it was good and lots to chose from. Can recommend the Hotel."
