"The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade. The female bar staff were somewhat surly, but the male staff were friendly. The all inclusive system was a challenge in itself and could do with being streamlined! Overall though a nice week was had, but will not be returning. "

"The hotel is very charming. The dining area is lovely. Breakfast was good-meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The pool was nice. The rooms definitely leave something to be desired. They are very plain & just a room w a bed & tv & dresser. Nothing fancy but fine. The ac works nicely. And the bathroom is small but seemed recently updated. Plenty of parking. "Everything at this hotel was incredible. From the staff, to the services and the pool. One of the most beautiful pools I have had the pleasure of swimming in with a stunning view. I would 10/10 recommend staying here!"

"Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty. Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros. "

"Avant d'arriver à l'hotel j'ai bien demandé d'avoir la climatisation étant avec un enfant et en plein mois de juillet, je n'ai eu aucun retour, et qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise la clim ne marchait pas, et qui de plus n'est pas incluse, mais payante 8€/jour. Arrivé le soir nous n'arrivions pas à dormir tellement la chambre était un four. Heureusement avec l'aide de la gentille dame à l'accueil, elle a fait tout ce qu'elle a pu afin de nous transférer dans une chambre climatisé où on a pu passer...
