"A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you"

"Lovely property and staff!"

"Good hotel in the middle of town. Would stay again"

"The staff are most welcoming and helpful. They make you feel that they really care about your experience at the hotel. If I owned an hotel I would be trying to poach them."

"We found everything at the resort to be excellent. We did not have time to take advantage of the pools and exercise equipment, nor some of the other facilities available. The restaurant buffet breakfasts were superb. However, we did not like the burgers, which were required by law to be well done."

"We had a lovely stay and the place was gorgeous… restaurant food needs an upgrade as breakfast was rather basic"

"Great place to stay the staff was wonderful very helpful"

"Good check in, nice room. Unfortunately as a Monday restaurant & bar closed. Socket for kettle faulty LH near table. Could close window so wind funnelled through. Good room, perfect for the golf course."

"We had a most comfortable and enjoyable stay at The Douglas. The rooms were immaculate and breakfast was great."

"Warm clean place, great view , close to everything in Brodick including the ferry and bus."

"Amazing place!! Breakfast was awesome!!"

"Staff very helpful. Close to outdoor activities in the area by bus. Friendly atmosphere ."

"Clare was amazing from the start. The check in process was very smooth. We had a lot of space, the fittings were of high quality but the sofa and carpet could do with being replaced. I would definitely stay here again as it was very close to the beach, which is so lovely in this part of the world, but next time we would definitely fly to Scotland!"
