"Ich kann die extrem schlechten Bewertungen nicht teilen. Wir hatten allerdings auch das VIP Bungalow mit eigenem Pool. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter waren extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Trotz dass wir sogar mit Hund da waren. Unser kleiner Chihuahua durfte überall mit hin, bis auf das Restaurant, was aber völlig okay ist. Unser Bungalow war sauber aber schon etwas älter was die Ausstattung betrifft. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Ich würde das Hotel mit 3 Sternen bewerten...

"I have been living in a lots of hotels, but I have to say this was my BEST stay! The hotel, the room, the food was great. The staff was AMAZING!!! They made me safe, feel welcome and you see that they love the job. Andreas made my stay, also his collage in the bar, the man in the breakfast, Irini, Karina and George in the reception, and lets not forget the kitckencrew that made the best food, (spes the burratasalad and chikenburger) and always say hey and smile. "The staff were friendly and caring. I was travelling alone and they were very helpful with any questions I had. Particularly on the last day when my airport transfer did not turn up, they organised me a taxi. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel and room was clean and tidy. Food was great. "

"What a great find. The pool area was beautiful, it had a relaxed vibe and was so comfortable. The service both in the restaurant and around the pool was second to none. We had a large suite with a private pool and it was fantastic. The “private pools” are actually not very private at all, as neighbours are above you and right beside you. "This was my third year in a row staying at the Alexia and it has always worked perfectly and is an excellent base of operations for seeing the new and the old fortified city. Many fine and interesting restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The huge buffet breakfast is always nice and a good way to start another pretty day in Rhodes."
