"Beautiful big room, renovations happening atm, so a bit chaotic, it will be nice once it's all done and all the kinks worked out, here are a few things that should be noted atm but will probably be rectified over time. No parking available, had to try to get street parking, which is paid parking through weekdays. No hot water in the shower. "The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Check-in & out process was quick and easy.
The room was spacious and well-maintained.
The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). "

"We were informed in advance that there would be a large function near our room on the first night of our stay which would be noisy. I asked for a room to be allocated to us that would minimise the noise and was told that this was not possible. The music went to 11pm and our room shook with the noise. there were other rooms we could have been given. I complained and got a $50 voucher Poor management"

"Beautiful apartment and staff were friendly but so many people struggled to get in to reception as they have the door locked during open hours. I personally had to ring the out of hours number on the door to get them to push the button to unlock the door borh times we stayed. Other than that reception does have someone in there and the rest of check in is easy and the Appartments are lovely. "

"Room tidy, but very small. Good location, close to lots of restaurants and pubs. Good parking if you have a car. Staff were amazing. Especially the manager.
Our bathroom probably needed a deep clean. We had shower moths buzzing around which was a bit yucky. Also a few marks in the grout maybe. I’ve attached pictures.
Housekeeping comes quite late, our room wasn’t done at 3:30pm. They did knock on our door to see if we needed anything though. "
