"The staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel is very close to the river. The only drawback is that you have to walk some distance (10 minutes) with your bags to get to the hotel as cars or tuk tuks are unable to get close.
Close to all the shops too. Great place for backpackers. Bring your own padlock."

"This hotel is OK if you dont want hot running water on demand in the evenings. If you do, you need to ask the staff to switch on the immersion heater 30 minutes before you want your shower!
On our last morning, there was also no hot running water. Instead, we were presented with a bucket of hot water.
There is AC in the room but this is used to cool the room only and not heat the room. As we were there in winter time, we were very cold!
We booked a premium room which was so small! We asked to...

"Beautiful resort with a serene, spiritual atmosphere. The stunning artwork and presence of Lord Shiva throughout the property were truly the highlight of our stay. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and feature large, well-appointed bathrooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

"1. Half the items on the restaurant menu were not available
2. The service was really slow… and at times there was no response ( example- in my 6 days of stay they didn’t replace my faulty hair dryer)
3. The elevators and in general all the rooms had a particular stink…
The guy in charge though, Suraj was a good and helpful person but I don’t think he knows the competence of the staff. Well now he will know.
They have.a taxi service - please don’t use it if the guy incharge is Rajan Singh who...

"This is a new hotel that has just opened and still work in process. One day the hot water was not there and the next day no cold water. The T.V requires an engineering degree to operate. They charged me for breakfast although I showed the reservation which included breakfast. The employees were friendly and wanted to help
If you have other choices wait until they get their act together."
