"When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception to check me in. I tried calling the phone number and ringing the bell, but no one came until another guest went into the staff area and knocked on the doors. Eventually, the receptionist appeared, but he seemed very confused. I immediately got a strange feeling about him, but things got even more unsettling when I entered my room in this so-called “four-star” hotel. "Room was great and our cleaning lady was amazing. She sung beautifully whilst she worked and was very pleasant. We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold. Pools and beach area great, evening does very good and some sports including gym."

"We arrived and there was a little bump in the booking but we managed to fix it. And after that it was just perfect. The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day. The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff. We downgraded us from a room...
