"I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I paid. The only impressive part of the hotel is the lobby, which looks stylish and well-presented. However, once you get past the lobby, the experience is completely different. "Ein sehr schönes Hotel, jedoch mit etwas kleineren Mängeln. Wir mussten 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln, die zwei Zimmer hatten extremen Schimmelgeruch. Im 2 Zimmer war die Schiebetür kaputt, weshalb wir bis morgens mit einem lauten Geräusch schlafen mussten. Im 3 Zimmer war dieser Geruch nicht mehr da und alles war in Ordnung. "First night, we were dealing with AC issues till 3 AM. Next day after multiple follow-ups and after coordination of around 4 hours they moved us to a new room which had its own issues. AC was still an issue for loft room then we had to get a fan. Staff doesn’t understand English well, communication is the biggest problem and caused lots of grief. "I would overall rate this place a 4.5 stars if I could, the rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds I give them that. the hotel is a bit old and a little outdated, but the food was excellent many options for many different pallets.
