Khách sạn 4 sao tại Trung tâm Kuala Lumpur

"I would not recommend staying here. The rooms do not look as good as the pictures. The place is not that clean and the pool is very crowded at night. I regret staying here because there were so many better hotel options in the area."

"Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool Clean rooms and comfortable beds Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep. Small touches are lacking. Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users."

"In my room, there is a closed in between door. This in between door is a locked entrance to another room, for other tourists. This in between door is very thin, you can hear everything. And I mean everything. The contact person I had for this room is friendly and questions, requests, remarks I made with WhatsApp, were answered and solved immediately. However, 3 to 4 staff members at the front desk, sitting and looking bored, no (fake) smiling, is a doubtful "

"Great location, super communication and a very helpful host. Would love to stay again. Thank you Rafi and team"

"The facilities are nice but you’ll need to handle the worst check-in process I won’t recommend."

"Pas correct du tout à éviter ."
