"No fridge in the room, busy area for a hotel, hotel is definitely in need of some renovations, but our stay was fine!"

"They use pictures of other rooms on their listings , in our case we clicked on the room style “ one bedroom suite with balcony “. The pictures of it that then loaded ( we checked on all the travel sites and they do this on every single one) were of a room with a fireplace, an enormous bathtub and marble bathroom, and a large dining table, and it plainly stated on our confirmation stated 800 and some odd square feet and a 55 inch tv. NONE of which we had One front desk clerk told us those are not even their hotel. The other told us “ thats our presidential suite and you can’t have that “ We do expect to be shown pictures, even if dated our doctored, of the actual room we chose. And at least the listed amenities listed under that room style. What we did receive, was a suite, with a motel six style bathroom, a coffee maker that didnt work, lamps that didnt work, harsh fluorescent lighting, with an interior balcony over enormous air conditioning and exhaust fans that were loud even with the door closed. We received absolutely zero response or even apologies much less consideration when we voiced this "

"The breakfast buffet selection is minimal, basic not a lot of choices. Staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Apart from not having microwave in the room, everything else is very good. Room is clean and AC is great. The facility is in good condition and in good location. Central to French quarter and Bourbon area. It’s good for those who are still able to walk around but for those who can’t walk it is in nearby location to tourist spot. Overall, not a bad choice for stay in. "

"Outdoor pool was very refreshing consider the heat and humidity in New Orleans. Lobby is very elegant. Room was spacious, clean & bright. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at."

"The breakfast buffet was the highlight! The towels were thin and rough. The only microwave was located on the 9th floor, which was very inconvenient because our room was located on the 26th floor. Considering the hotel's ambiance and pricing, that was a let down."
