"The hotel room was outdated and the floor was not clean at all. Furniture was very dusty. The AC barely works and we felt super hot in the room. We asked someone to come check if something was wrong with the AC, but they said that’s how they are in every room. The pool/restaurant and breakfast were great! Staff was friendly."

"I have nothing but compliments about this hotel.
The staff was so nice and helpful. I arrived 2 hours before checking with my daughter and the arrange everything for the room to be ready.
Room is huge and clean with every little attention, the pool and the outside is a big plus.
Breakfast is really great too.
About the location, before arriving I read some comments about how it’s difficult to go to downtown without a cab or uber..
That’s a lie! You have a bus stop at 120 m with a BRT5 who drive...

"Personal muy amable, excelente buffet para desayunar. Hotel un pelín anticuado pero todo correcto. Está en lo alto de una colina, imprescindible moverse en coche, no me imagino subir allí andando con maletas. Vistas preciosas al Mar Jónico. La piscina sólo está abierta de 10:30 a 18:30 porque sólo se permite el baño si está el socorrista, con lo que se aprovecha poco si pasas el día fuera de excursión (lo habitual). "City center location and in a very quiet street but only two blacks away from the busy city center! The hotel is a bit old in terms of physical condition, no drinking cup in the room, one of the room refrigerator is too noisy. But rhe staff was very friendly and professional at check in as well as provide volet parking which is essential for us!"

"The room wasn’t bad, enough space for two guests and the balcony was a nice touch. That’s where the good stuff pretty much ends, the restaurant staff were rather friendly and helpful as was the gent on reception but the hotel is tired and it’s covered up with odd decoration.
The rooms are so poorly sound proofed, if you are even close to a light sleeper, you’re not going to enjoy your stay. Also, Friday night, the restaurant / bar in front of the hotel turned into what could only be described as...
