Mancava frutta...

"Hello, I’m contacting Expedia because I need assistance resolving an issue with my recent reservation. My reservation was for September 24–27 for 2 guests. I arrived at approximately 2:00 AM on September 25 and had an issue with parking/check-in. I showed the staff member my Expedia confirmation on my phone, which clearly showed the reservation information, including that it was for 2 guests. I asked the staff member where I was supposed to park, but I was not properly assisted. There was an...

Additional also had a problems. So when we decided to cancel there is a vision. The front desk person decided to be rude about it and send a nasty things. This is the person decided to be rude and obnoxious They seriously needs some customer service education Stay away from this place"

"Very rude staff, the hotel is run down, deferred maintenance abounds. Over grown lawn around the pool, terrible breakfast selections , split beds sure to wreck your back. Super small elevator, the pool pump runs 24/7 and sounds like a jet engine, you can hear people above you, Ice is hard to get from the condescending help, argumentative about returning glass that was used in the hotel. They charge guests staying at the hotel for pool towels daily fees. I stayed here 5 nights and regretted...
