"My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. "Amazing as we remember it when we last came 9 years ago, had a Warm Welcome on arrival from Tracy's Son and we stayed in exactly the same room as we did 9 years ago. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean in such a peaceful location. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely, filled me for the day, my Partner had Welsh Rarebit which she said was stunning. Looking at returning again next year, we won't leave it another near decade until next time, 10/10! "

"Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ashgrove Farm. Julie was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and Snoopy was a sweetheart. Julie's son was very friendly and took time out of his busy day to have a chat. The accommodation was very cosy and had everything needed to be a home away from home. "Peaceful location, loved the indoor outdoor hot tub. Electric blanket and log burner nice touch. The bus is so quirky and we have a great time/ loads of outdoor space, amazing view of the sunset from the hot tub. Well equipped kitchen, nice to have teabags, salt and pepper. Nice treats like popcorn, Welsh cakes and crisps We used the outdoor/ indoor shower instead of the inside small bath with shower over it. "
