"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"Excellent hotel. Top class facilities including great spa area, very comfortable beds. Service was a little brisk and could have done more to show case the features of the hotel. Asiago is a family community- some more personal attention would suit the hotel well- very good experience overall."

"It's a beautiful rustic hotel, has everything that you need. A double room is actually a flat, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. Pretty amazing! Also very easy to access all the slopes around. "

"Durante il mio soggiorno in questo hotel da 4* ho riscontrato queste problematiche: Lavandino otturato Lampadina lavandino non funzionante Colazione con cibi freddi Tavolo colazione non apparecchiato Riscaldamento spento dalle 12:00 fino alle 07:00 Inoltre: Parcheggio hotel lontano circa 200 metri dalla struttura "
