"The floor of our bedroom was creaky, one of our towels had a hole, poor amenities in the bedroom, only two small paper cups, instant coffee packets , no cream, the kettle was dirty and we only got one can of water for two nights (2ppl). Honestly I was disappointed. Breakfast buffet was good tho."

"Les photos ne reflétaient vraiment la réalité, la cuisine était sommaire, pas réellement destiné pour cuisiner. Très peu de place. Pareil pour la table a dîner alors que nous avions pris un 4p.
L'évier de la salle de bain s'écoulait mal et la douche n'avait pas de pression.
Chambre très agréable et confortable.
La localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite, a deux pas du centre ville, pas besoin de prendre la voiture.
Et Amanda est adorable et très solaire.

"We truly enjoyed our stay in Colmar here. The location was excellent - close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend to others!"

"Wir haben ein Zimmer für zwei Personen sowie ein Baby reserviert. In der Reservierung war ausdrücklich ein Babybett vereinbart, dieses haben wir jedoch bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht erhalten."

"We had a very nice stay for 2 people. It was easy to find public parking next to the hotel. The property seemed recently renovated, everything was new and clean. Staff was very nice, and breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel was 5 min walking from Petite Venice, so very close to everywhere. Would come back."

"Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La camera era pulita, confortevole e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. Ottimi anche i servizi, ben organizzati e all’altezza delle aspettative.
