Hotel is very convenient for access to the town, and for walking in the countryside. Spa was small but nice and not busy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Lovely position in the beautiful town of Riquewihr, the only thing I could fault is that they wouldn’t serve food in the bar, you had to eat in the restaurant

It was the only hotel of 14 we stayed in Europe we had to pay for breakfast. If you don’t do any reservations in their restaurant, you can’t have dinner, and unfortunately, we couldn’t. The hotel’s location is nice and we loved the town.

We got upgraded to a deluxe double room with a view of the vineyard. Lovely room! Clean and well maintained. Only minus, no vanity amenities in the spa/room like cotton tip.

Fabulous location hotel very good but we did not get the room that we thought we had booked and instead got a 3rd floor room that required stairs. As I have mobility problems this did not suit so we were offered the only other available room which was a cheaper room with no balcony. The hotel offered a free breakfast for our stay and after much battling hotel.com refunded us 15% by way of compensation

A gem of a hotel in the Alsace

We loved our stay here. The staff was very accommodating. It is a great location. We love taking around the small towns and vineyards in the area. If you like biking, I recommend renting a bike there in town and seeing the sights via All The Small roads and trails in the area.
