"A really great hotel experience. Beautiful garden and surroundings. The water in the pool was a bit too cold to our liking but the area around the pool was really nice and beautiful and a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the mountain view from our room which cannot be expected from all rooms. The breakfast was amazing and yet another highlight during our stay. "Hotel look, pool area, breakfast, staff all great. Slightly let down on a few areas: Cocktails were weak and made incorrectly (hint, mojito is white rum) The western food wasnt great for the price but im being very critical here. There was no coffee pods in the room, only mokka and decaf. The fridge was warm when we arrived and wasnt very efficient. Lots of power cuts including in the middle of our dining. Great potential but needs a few things sorting out. "

"There were a few downsides, but overall I was satisfied and would consider staying here again. 1. I was very pleased with the room design and cleanliness. 2. The biggest issue was the unstable shower. At one point, the hot water stopped completely and I had to use cold water, which was quite inconvenient. When I called the staff, they fixed it quickly and restored the hot water. However, the system itself seemed unstable—about every 30 seconds, the water pressure would drop and the temperature...
