"Het is een goed en druk bezocht hotel, we hadden een grote kamer en er waren veel voorzieningen. Jammer dat we bij het inchecken werden ontvangen door een nogal onverschillige en arrogante jongeman."

"Air conditioning was horrible. There had been a heat spell, but not in the last 2 days, and Wed evening when I checked in it had been raining and cool all day. I was given a room on the top floor (that was the maximum distance from the elevator). It was hot in the room. I blasted the A/C for 3 hours without effect. Not surprising, because no cool air came from the vent.
I tried to sleep but finally called the front desk to complain. Night staff switched me to a room across from the elevator...
