"The wifi was essentially non existent when it was a listed amenity and when I brought it to the attention of the staff they simply chuckled about it… I needed that WiFi to work remotely and wasn’t aware that not having WiFi that works in 2026 was a joke."

"Es un departamento muy equipado. Pero nuestro check in fue un desastre, llegamos en la madrugada. En la página web decía una cosa y en realidad fue diferente. Hay 4 ascensores pero solo puedes usar uno. Eso nos complicó bastante la estadía y más que viajábamos con un adulto mayor. La comunicación con el host fue excelente, muy atentos a todos nuestros requerimientos. El departamento le faltan hacerle unos arreglos y en limpieza deberían de mejorarla. La cocina tenía como grasa en los anaqueles....

"This is a great place to stay. We loved it. It is clean and beautiful and for us it was very conveniently located for our needs. The TVs/Streaming services in our unit were really poor. Constantly buffering, constantly being interrupted. This was frustrating. As well, no local stations were available and no live TV options. The other constructive comment would be that more towels are needed. Towels should be provided at pool area and certainly in the gym."

"Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! Great location for everything within the grove. 20 mins to inter Miami stadium, 25 mins to the airport and 30 mins to the dolphin center. Great location and really great host. If I had to pick one thing to critique it would be that this is a self contained apartment which means no regular cleaning or towel / toilet roll replacement which can...
