"The Hilton Netherland is a classic building in downtown Cincinnati. This hotel used to be the train station and the architecture is very interesting. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be re-done, they have tall sided tubs you have to step over to get into, the bathroom is very small and hard to turn around in. The Front Desk service was excellent, most of the servers were excellent and friendly. Room service was not available when I tried calling. "

"So I would give this a five star review except that there was a soccer tournament over the weekend and there were preteen girls running up and down the hallway yelling and slamming doors until nearly midnight while their parents were outdoors having a party of their own. I make frequent trips and I asked at the desk if this were a regular occurrence and they said that during the summer there are a lot of similar events at a nearby sporting complex and there were limits on how much they can...

"Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. "
