"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean hotel, located in heart of Hanoi. We experienced a wonderful new year's night by the lake that is just around the corner. Nice breakfast at the top of the hotel. Love it! "

"First of all, we found it in great location and enjoyed stay. All places just around the corner. We surprised of this hotel decoration, setup - super new and comfortable: huge bed, nice view with balcony, big bathroom with bathtub too. Cozy restaurant served buffet breakfast also unique food of Hanoi like Pho and banh mi. Unforgettable are amazing staffs there too, they offering exactly you think and needs.
