"Great location right next to the station and an easy walk into the city centre. The ground floor has been nicely refurbished and makes a good first impression.
Some investment has clearly gone into the rooms too (new taps etc.), but they don’t feel finished to the same standard. The bathroom in particular felt a little tired – the silicone around the shower was messy and old, the toilet didn’t flush easily, and the extractor fan was very loud.

"Facilies were not inadequate just didnt use them.
The staff gave a lovely warm welcome. Looked like they were proud to work there. No complaints what so ever. "

"Stayed here for work for 2 nights. Everything was, on the whole, good. Staff were mostly helpful, the restaurant was very nice with good food, the room was nice enough and comfortable.
If I had to ask the hotel to do better on a few things it would be this:
1. The sinks sit on the table in the bathroom, and hard to clean behind, so it looks like the cleaners just don't bother. Desperately needs a deep clean.
2. Doors and windows in my room didn't lock properly. I did report it, but they...

"Hotel and rooms need a lot of TLC, water takes a while to heat up and when it does the pressure in the shower is awful. Pool wasnt bad but there were no spa appointments avaliable depsite having a membership. And the junior suite dosent look like the photos. Ended up makkng a complaint andnit was rectified but still not happy with my stay. Wasnt worth the money I paid. "

"Great stay with Oddfellows, stayed in the apartment which is 5min down the road and turn left pass the Crosskey pub on the corner right to the end where there is a place with ‘Oddfellows’ on it, it came with parking aswell in the courtyard which was great! Very central but quiet enough at night by the apartment which was ideal, would definitely stay again. "
