"The toilet seat was broken, and we had to wait half a day for it to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and we couldn’t get a 5G signal at all. The soundproofing in the room was awful. On our last night, a couple staying in the room above us were fighting and shouting, waking us up at 4 a.m. We informed the manager, but he was unable to resolve the situation. "Lovely hotel on the sea front with two great pools. It’s a little far out from Chania but we used the local bus service to go to Chania and platanias which had a lot more going on. We enjoyed our stay which was good for a four night break. Rooms are immaculate "
