"A nossa estadia no Hotel Convento da Sertã foi, de facto, uma experiência maravilhosa e altamente recomendável.
O ponto mais alto da nossa visita foi, sem dúvida, o staff. Todos os colaboradores foram espetaculares: extremamente atenciosos, prestáveis e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos e bem cuidados. Agradecemos especialmente a ajuda na organização dos nossos passeios, pois a localização do hotel é ótima para explorar vários locais lindíssimos da região.

"Staff was very helpful and friendly!
The pool is a community pool, but the hotel has a section of reserved chairs for hotel guests.
eBikes were included in the reservation so we biked for ~30 minutes to go down by the river and make it easier to get back up to the hotel.
Free, onsite, self parking is always nice!"

"Loved the hotel. The location was a bit further from where we ideally wanted to be but the staff were great, service was good and overall an excellent experience."

"We specially liked the quality of our tent, it was very comfortable and a great experience. Also we liked the pool area although not so big. Little bit less space in the shadow.
Restaurant was also good with different menus in the evening. Only few staff members were able to speak English, should be almost a must…"
