"Whenever I fly to Suvarnabhumi Airport, I stay here. Always serious pleasant staff who try you kindly. The food choice is outstanding and the airport is conveniently around the corner with every 10 minute departures. "

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"The Bandara Siam suites are very clean and comfortable and have large windows with great views of the city. The staff is very welcoming, kind and patient. The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sauna is relaxing. I’m very pleased with my stay and they handled an issue we had very professionally. Thank you. Plus they provide a complementary tuktuk service which is very convenient. "

"The club is not really worth it it’s a nice hotel but they upcharge for late checkout 2000 baht even if you have the club access I stayed in a skyline suite very expensive and they still upcharge me for a 3 hour late check out .. they do have a pretty nice hotel and great breakfast nice area close to good stuff but just book a regular room the nice ones aren’t much better but cost way more "

"It truly feels like you have gone to Europe when you step into the Palace Hotel. The Garden Room with live music is a must. The floral arrangements throughout are exquisite. The rooms are ample and beds quite comfortable. The pool is amazing with the glass ceiling. You won't want to leave."
