"Room booked wasn't room offered. Staff didn't apologise when they were made aware of situation. Got room changed. Free drink on arrival was a joke. Receptionist who had checked us in 10 minutes earlier and helped change our room to correct room refused to recognise me when I asked about free drink on arrival. When she finally accepted who I was she then stipulated that the offer was only for accor hotel members. I showed I was a classic accor member then she said only open to silver members....

"The Serra was truly wonderful. It surpassed much more expensive hotels we have stayed at even taking account of status upgrades.
The room was spacious and beautiful- one small criticism is the low hanging light over the table which I hit with my head - twice. But a lovely bath and separate huge shower along with high quality towels and robes.
Lovely bar, sitting area and restaurant.
I sound like an advert - but it was really that good."

"A beautiful hotel situated in an old windmill, right next to the river, with amazing views. The rooms are lovely, clean and well equipped and the shower is great. All of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Our evening meal was wonderful, as was breakfast, with a wide and varied range of excellent, fresh products.
You can wander downstairs to sit by the river, passing through a room containing the workings of the old windmill, a bit like a museum, which is really interesting....

"Le staff est très avenant, le cadre superbe et relaxant, le diner restaurant au restaurant était délicieux et le spa très agréable. Je recommenderai à la direction de mettre des carafes d'eau filtree et des verres plutot que des petites bouteilles plastiques. "
