"This hotel is peaceful and perfect for a couples vacation. The housekeeping wasn’t really cleaning for example our sheets became dirty instead of them changing the sheets they made the bed up with the exact sheet on opposite side, they left the garbage and the cups of alcohol that were left on the mini fridge. Other than that the property is amazing food is amazing bartenders will have those drinks coming. It wasn’t to crowded as it is a small all inclusive resort. I will definitely be staying...

"A must stay in Costa Rica! One of the most tranquil, romantic, and beautiful places we’ve ever stayed! The personal and small touches made all the difference!
This is a boutique hotel where the staff all truly care for guests and one another. Valery, Fiorella, Issabella, and all the ESH staff were so lovely and welcoming. Danny, Francisco, Froylan, and all the staff at Almar were amazing, and the food and cocktails were terrific!

"Had an amazing time! Beautiful views, delicious inventive food at the on-site restaurant, and outstanding cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The staff are very kind & seem to all make sure to know you by name. As others said the included laundry service is a really nice feature, daily cleaned clothes for yoga and beach means less extra clothing to pack or dirty laundry to travel with.
