"Très beau séjour, hôtel bien situé à 2 pas de la gare. La gentille dame à l’accueil nous a donné beaucoup d’informations qui nous ont aidé à planifier notre 2 jours à Grindelwald. Bon petit déjeuner.
Rien à signaler de négatif."

"I do not give 5 stars unless they deserve it in this case they fully deserve it. We stayed 2 nights and everything about the hotel was awesome. The staff and service was tip class (in fact it was the best ever I have experienced in many many years).
The minibar is all included and is restocked every day.
It was 5 minutes walk from the Interlaken out train station and ideally located.
There was harder kullam entry 5 minutes away and viewable from our room balcony.

"We loved the great location! We walked to most attractions within 10 minutes. The several times a week markets is right around corner. It has washing and drying machines for people to use for free. It is very quiet at night and safe! Breakfast is very good with dishes carefully selected and prepared. Hotel provides free coffee and tea and great taste ice water all day. We will return to this hotel again and highly recommend this hotel.

"We enjoyed the room. We got the river view. The staff was accommodating in checking us in early when we arrived around noon. Originally, we had booked the Mountain View, but later decided tinge the the river room and they were flexible in letting us change. The hotel is a six minute easy walk from the train station. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff was friendly and gave us cold water bottles when we checked out. Great location. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. "
