"Loud and noise. This is the second time i had the same experience. Next door guests were loud after 11:00pm. I called the front desk, they suppose to send the “security people” to check the situation. After half and hour the issue continue even louder. "Las suites del Tequendama son amplias, limpias, con vistas preciosas a la ciudad y a las montañas, la ubicación es ideal para tomar un paseo hacia el centro de la ciudad, el personal es atento y las instalaciones muy cómodas, el desayuno buffet es muy bueno y el restaurante tiene una terraza muy linda."

"Estoy embarazada, llegue de un vuelo internacional usualmente siempre me hospedo en este hotel porque debo hacer escala, pero al llegar a hacer el check in habian dos buses de pasajeros de avianca que debian ubicar en el hotel y nadie pregunto si habian personas con reserva yo le pregunte a un funcionario del hotel y me dijo que debia esperar, nadie me quizo ayudar inclusive intente llamar escribir por whatsapp no es justo cuando yo tenía reserva y los demas los debian re ubicar, casi $100 usd...
