"Trotz vorhandener Parkplätze war es eine Herausforderung, einen freien Platz zu finden, da einige Fahrzeuge so parkten, dass sie gleich zwei Stellplätze blockierten. Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung, auch wenn das bereitgestellte Tablet defekt war und beinahe auseinanderfiel. Dies hat uns allerdings nicht weiter gestört. Das Essen war gut, aber die Sauberkeit der Möbel ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ein Stuhl war an den Querstreben unterhalb der Sitzhöhe sehr verschmutzt und mein Schuh klebte am...

Zwar war der Service aufmerksam und das Essen gut, doch insgesamt wurde der Aufenthalt stark durch gesperrte Wanderwege wegen Holzfällarbeiten sowie den nicht nutzbaren Teich aufgrund von Bauarbeiten beeinträchtigt. Der damit verbundene Baulärm hat die Erholung zusätzlich gestört."

"Our stay was wonderful! The junior suite had a lovely circular room that was perfect for winding down in the evening or catching the morning light through the stain glass windows. Attention to detail, plus taking truly good care during our stay made it a special time. The grounds were also stunning with lots of space to walk through enjoying the landscaping. "Vi havde et dejligt kort ophold på to dage her på dette lille hyggelige familiedrevet hotel. Vi boede i en af deres lejligheder og den var meget velholdt og ren, lige pånær opvaskemaskinen som ikke virkede. Den ligger i dejlige omgivelser og ikke langt fra Harz naturpark og andre spændende steder man kan besøge. Personalet er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme og de serverer dejlig morgenmad og aftenmad på hotellet til fair priser. Deres pool og spa område kan også varmt anbefales. Vi kommer gerne...
