"Has potential but falls very flat with poor cleanliness and shockingly terrible service.
We wanted to love this place, but our experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. When we first arrived, there were at least 20 dark hairs all over the bed sheets. When we alerted the front desk, their "solution" was to bring us a lint roller instead of changing the sheets. Because the hotel was sold out, we were forced to sleep in a dirty bed. Gross.
The next day, they acted as if nothing...

"This is a beautiful property. The room in the annex was beautiful. The grounds were also lovely. I was able to walk my dog everywhere. Parking was on the estate and very convenient and I was also able to charge my car. I will definitely return!"

"The location of the hotel is very good for exploring the Tain L'Hermitage region just across the bridge on the other side of the Rhone. From here you can walk around the hill of Hermitage and visit the wineries.
The hotel is in a grand building, stylistically refurbished and has a fantastic view from the outdoor swimming pool. The staff are young, enthusiastic and professional and the host was excellent in making suggestions for local restaurants and wine shops.
I would recommend this hotel."

"Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu profiter des équipements car je suis arrivé tard et parti tôt pour mon boulot.
Toutefois l'accueil était génial et la vue sur le lac superbe."
