"My room was clean and well-maintained. Our room had a beautiful view. The receptionists and cleaners were very polite and nice. We found enough parking spots, and on top of everything, with a wristband provided by the hotel, we could get free passes to some activities, including an open-air gondola ride.
The drawback was that it had no restaurant, which can be helpful, especially for breakfast. Also, we couldn't find any slippers or toothpaste. They are considered personal items, but if you...

"We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK."

"This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded."

"The house was very clean. We did have to wash a few of the dishes before use but that is not a big deal - it would be impossible to check every single item between guest.
Close proximity to the village and Blue Mountain. Lots of space for our group! Would book this property again. "

"I believe i found my new secret hideaway. I cannot praise the hosts and resort enough. The condo gives a luxury cottage vibe and thr location is so scenic. The bonus is all day aceess to the tennis courts and the pool and hott tub. Another bomus was the close proximity to the Blue mountain village. There is also an indian testaurant overlooking the pool atea. The resort is nestled in beautiful trees and backdrop of the hills. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and in tip top shape....
