"Roaches, ants on both units we stayed in. Scared the craps out of my children. Tu Anh, claimed she s the owner, was super rude. And she said she intalled camera to monitor guess stay. This is against the law and she should be banned. Not recommend to any one."

"Property never replied and I couldn’t check into booking. Front desk said have to contact host, even though check in instructions said to contact front desk. Contacted the property 5 days leading up to arriving, no response. Messaged property before my flight, no response. Arrived to Vietnam and property never responded. Then contacted Expedia and they said they can’t offer a refund even though I never even got to check in and stay at the booking. Absolute nightmare of an experience."

"Upon first impression, seems to be a great stay due to modern building and surroundings, however when we got into the rooms, it seemed like cigarettes that hadn’t been aired out or clean at all. They left dirty socks in the drawl, rooms were moderately cleaned, and the beds and sheets are old and extremely uncomfortable.
