"Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole weekend all'Hotel dei Basiliani a Otranto e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La struttura è curata, accogliente e situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e il mare.
La camera era spaziosa e pulita, la colazione varia e di qualità, e tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile.
È stato un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Se torneremo a Otranto, prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione questa struttura."

"Everything was wonderful. The room was clean and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and we always managed to find parking close by. The location was perfect ...walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Hotel excelente, cama confortável, extremamente limpo, bem decorado, café da manhã muito bom, com itens de qualidade e bem variado. Todos os funcionários foram atenciosos conosco, inclusive permitiram o late check out por 1 hora sem custo adicional. É bem localizado, próximo ao centro histórico, mas fora da ZTL, com acessibilidade para hóspede de mobilidade reduzida. Não tem estacionamento próprio, mas tem parceria com um estacionamento público próximo, pelo custo de 5 euros/dia.

"Hotel Hermitage was a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was decently spacious. Parking was easy-on site. The property was generally well kept and clean.
The bathroom I had appeared to be relatively newly renovated, however it did need a new shower head as a lot of the rubber ends where the water comes out had calcified so the water pressure wasn't very good, or sprayed out in all sorts of directions.
Breakfast was a little bit underwhelming. It was basically bread...
