Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. "Great stay! The hotel is new, room was awesome and the facilities as well. Staff was so friendly! Breakfast was great. Parking garage in front also a big plus. Can absolutely recommend it! The only „negative“ comment is about the AC control in the room: it was not easy to adjust the temperature because the control unit did not really respond. So I could not adjust as I liked to. And the control unit is sooo bright that during night the blue light was really annoying and I could only sleep with...
