"Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad con terminal de metro a pocos pasos, lugares cercanos tiendas , el Duomo, el aeropuerto linate, los tours , restaurantes , lugar seguro para caminar , el hotel muy cómodo y limpio , desayuno buffet completo , le falta un poco de variedad de proteína pero cumple, alberca y sauna en el sótano excelente experiencia, si regreso , mi viaje fue de placer , gracias todo excelente los felicito , 👏👏"

"The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water.
The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety.
On the positive side, the bartender was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were also kind and helpful.
The room and the property itself were fine to stay in, but the overall experience...

"Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me. "

"Perfect location if you only have a few days in townn and want to se Duomo and other nice places. AI said I should go to Luini and order a Panzarotti to go. 3Euro later(2026) wow so good!

"Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und spricht Englisch.
Negativ ist, dass der Hotelparkplatz oft voll ist und wir dort nicht parken konnten. Auch die Straßen rund um das Hotel sind sehr überfüllt, daher sollte man damit rechnen, weiter entfernt parken und anschließend zum Hotel laufen zu müssen.
Der Fitnessraum ist praktisch unbrauchbar und kann kaum sinnvoll genutzt werden."
