"We stayed 3 nights. Horrible experience. We had 6 big suitcases with kids and they told us elevator was broken. We had to carry heavy suitcases up ourself during checkin. Elevator was not fixed 3 days after and again kids and us have to carry suitcases down. Manager suppose to talk to us about experience and suppose to help with baggages. He didn’t even bother to talk to us Expedia and Best western tricked us. No AC here. Very bad experience after paying so much money"

"This hotel did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the breakfast was poor with limited quality and selection. Due to a lack of staff, I had to go downstairs myself to pick up my iron and ironing table. They also forgot to give me my requested wake-up call in the morning. Overall, the service and facilities were disappointing, and my stay did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel."
