Bed and Pillows excellent, room service excellent, and staff all excellent. Hotel atmosphere is understated luxury and location right in the CBD ideal. One of the quietest rooms in terms of internal and external noise I’ve ever stayed in. Certainly the aircon was the quietest I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dunedin."

"We arrived at the hotel fairly late in the day and left early the next morning so didn’t spend much time in the room. Everything was self service but the instructions were very clear and everything was simple. Location was wonderful…very close to many shops, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. "

"Amross Motel was a fantastic stop for us on our drive around the South Island. Barry and Donna are so friendly and helpful, have a fantastic knowledge of the local area. The motel is super clean and has everything you could possible need for your stay. Guaranteed parking with no extra cost to your stay is a major plus. We stayed in one of the balcony spa rooms. The spa was very enjoyable after a big day of walking. 10/10 for the Amross Motel"
