"La ubicación del hotel es magnífica! Puedes ir caminando a Bell Tower que es muy turístico, y en el camino hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Sólo estuvimos una noche para ir a los guerreros de Terracota y terminamos arrepentidos de no habernos quedado más tiempo. El desayuno es variado y rico y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Tuvimos que reservar 2 habitaciones para 2 adultos y 2 niños porque las camas son individuales, pero el precio es muy bueno y definitivamente vale la pena, lo recomiendo...

"Very comfortable stay, great location and close to everything. Breakfast has a great spread and staff made hot food if requested.
One of the front desk staff, John Tang, was very very helpful - right from checking in to changing our reservation to accommodate an early checkout. He spoke great English and went out of his way to help and advise us with our siteseeing actitivies.
Muslim Quarter and Drum and Bell towers are in walking distance from the hotel. I would surely go back again."

"Great stay at Xi'an Eastern House Boutique Hotel. Perfect location right by the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, everything is walkable.
Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet with good WiFi. Staff were friendly and helped us with directions and Didi to the station. Great value and location for exploring Xi'an. Would stay again."

"Staff are very courteous and super helpful. Location is very good. The rooms and all amenities are very clean. The gym room and laundry room are both good! Breakfast is really nice. "

"We had a really enjoyable three night stay at the Grand Mercure. Everything was more than we could have wished for. We were given a room upgrade on arrival. The staff were all really friendly and spoke a decent level of English. And the breakfast was really good. We would happily stay here again if we return to Xi’an."

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, with friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and quiet, and the amenities were well maintained.
