"Neither Expedia nor the property contactedme after I alerted them to me visa issues and not being able to leave the airpoort...they didnt bother to arrange any type of refund. Very poor leadership and shows a poor reputation. Will never book with either again!"

"The staff was very nice, but. It being a Spanish speaker can be tough with housekeeping. The check in was easy and quick and was an easy process, even though I had another guest that I could not put on the initial reservation. The room was outdated, the bathroom door looked beat up, the bathroom door had wood splitting off of it, and a couple of lights did not work in the room. "Arrived as announced, 1st they gave me a room that was occupied by guess, had to go back skipping the clean up carts, then up again key did not open the new room back down again, finally they gave me the right key and it worked, and to cap it all up Saturday party full of noise extreme noise until 2am, will never recommended or book it again, a total mess"

"Everything was great . Nice staff super friendly and helpful, clean properly and room. Well located, and has airport shuttle. Food was great And the breakfast was excellent . Only complaint we had was the traffic and street noise outside but the hotel can't do much about that. Except maybe better windows. Great Hotel and we'll stay there again."

"The service at the restaurant was slow. I ordered a medium-rare steak and it was served well-done. I ordered a potato with butter and they brought me french fries. I asked the waitress about my potato and she said they didn't have any at the moment."
