"Just the best!"

"Fantastic stay at so Paris … Everything was exceptional…"

"This is one of the top, possibly the top, hotels I've ever stayed in. There are only 12 or so suites in the whole property, so the staff know each guest and the service is impeccable. It has the feel of an ultra luxury apartment. It's quiet, private, and peaceful. If you don't like the feel of a major hotel brand with a busy lobby and want time to yourself, but still with attentive service if you need anything, then this place is for you. The suites are the size of an apartment with floor to...

"La publicidad de este alojamiento es ENGAÑOSA: no es un primer piso, es un segundo, con escaleras tipo caracol muy peligrosas y con poca iluminación. El acceso para un viajero habitual con maleta es muy complicado pero nosotros, además habíamos notificado que en nuestro grupo venía una persona con discapacidad. Nos confinaron que podíamos dejar las maletas antes del check in y no pudimos acceder al alojamiento ni siquiera a la hora establecida , ya que había una empleada en el interior y...

"Beautiful and quiet"

"Location was fantastic, the room was clean and very well maintained. The bathroom was very spacious for the size of the room. Bed/bedding/pillows were all comfortable and clean. We overlooked the courtyard, and the room was very quiet. Hotel had additional security during active demonstrations, and the hotel had multiple secure checkpoints to get in and out of the hotel. Hotel had a lift/elevator, and the staff were all great and friendly. Check-In and Check-Out were seamless. Would...

"Excelente ubicación. Todo Impecable y muy buena atención. Volveria sin dudar"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to many museums. It was a bit noisy at night due to the nearby bars. But other than that I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great location and well equipped rooms. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful"

"The hotel was very nice and in a great spot. We walked to the Louvre. Really enjoyed the lobby snacks and they had a very good breakfast."

"Do not book this hotel. Their air conditioner was broken and they changed my room twice. They told me they would fix it and they never did. For five nights I stayed in a hot room. And now Expedia refuses to compensate me for the inconvenience. Expedia and the hotel said all sales are final. Another lady across from me booked two rooms and she had the same issue. They have had air conditioner issues for the longest and have no immediate plans to fix it. Book at your own risk!"
