"Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet hôtel et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Tout au long de notre séjour, le personnel a été particulièrement attentif, disponible et toujours prêt à répondre à nos attentes avec le sourire.
L’établissement est impeccable : les chambres sont nettoyées avec soin chaque jour, les espaces communs sont très bien entretenus et la piscine est spacieuse, agréable et toujours propre.

"Our room wasn’t that clean. The rug in the room was dirty and the floor wasn’t mopped after previous guests it had hair all over. The breakfast was okay. The diner buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was offered. Not that many good choices of dishes. The beach was far, a 10 min ride with the shuttle."

"Lovely hotel big rooms clean and welcoming. Pools well maintained and clean. Majority of staff are really friendly but found in the main restaurant sitting indoors on one side you didn’t get friendly service and regular drinks topped up. One in particular waitress was rude and ignored us for 30 mins. The al a carte restaurant was outstanding and amazing staff. Very attentive! Overall lovely holiday and hotel."

"This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not."

"Nice stay overall. Just avoid the Moroccan restaurant—it wasn’t worth it, either for the food or the service.
The buffet breakfast was excellent, with delicious Moroccan specialties. I especially loved making my own traditional Moroccan tea.
The poolside restaurant was also good. However, I would avoid dealing with Kabira (the tall woman with red lipstick). I simply asked her about the ice cream, and unfortunately, that turned into a very unpleasant interaction. She came across as unnecessarily...
