"Beautiful resort. Kids loved the water park, the room was an ideal size for a family of 5 and the food was lovely. Also, the staff were brilliant! Everyone from Reception and Restaurant staff to drivers and cleaners. All very friendly and professional and treat you like royalty from the second you arrive. Would definitely go back."

"We had a wonderful week at the Atlantica Caldera Palace. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was absolutely fabulous and really made our holiday extra special. Overall, the hotel was excellent. There was a great variety of food, restaurants, bars, and pools, and the location is ideal. As it was still early in the season, the hotel wasn’t fully busy yet, and there were some new staff members being trained. Because of this, the check-in experience could have been smoother. The receptionist wasn’t sure where our room was, and we had to call to have our bags brought to the room after waiting about 1.5 hours. We also weren’t given much information about the restaurants or opening times on arrival and had to ask a few times before we got everything we needed. That said, it didn’t affect our overall holiday experience. The general cleanliness of the hotel was very good. On a couple of days, our room wasn’t cleaned to the usual standard, but overall, we really couldn’t fault the place."

"Our stay was excellent. The rooms and various facilities were very clean, the resort staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. The amenities were great and we had no issues. This resort was extremely family friendly and we enjoyed our all inclusive stay. It made our stay effortless and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The Lyttopia Playground staff were amazing and the entertainment was fantastic. We would stay again and recommend to our family and friends."

"The food was incredible! The staff is amazing, super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back! The only thing that surprised me was the bedding. The sheets were not soft and bedding was super thin. With how nice the resort was I expected something better! "

"The room was clean and relatively spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious. the large window was great. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The pool was lovely, but freezing cold. (This was in April.). I had a really great stay there."

"Beautiful hotel, quick transfer from airport and friendly welcome. So lovely to have gifts for the children. Lovely sea view swim up pool. Clean, beautiful view and nice pool. Very clean throughout! Staff always willing to help but more staff needed to serve drinks as often long waits. Would have liked waiter service for swim up rooms. Lots of restaurants and snacks bars. Loved the beach bbq snack bar (kebabs were gorgeous), nice range of Pizza, fantastical waffles & crepier, Pan Asian & Tex Mex our favourite restaurants. Entertainment was ok, could have been more. Great variety of drinks & loved the Easter Sunday celebrations on the beach. Fantastic to be involved. Breakfast was good but would have liked more variety of fruit. Overall had a wonderful holiday. Loved the hotel, would visit again!"
