"3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app...

"Architecture of the hotel specifically lobby is magnificent. Rooms are pretty outdated. Facilities are very far from the lobby. Game center is out of service and indoor pool is under maintenance.
Quality of food and variety is really good and staff at restaurants are very helpful and great.
Air conditioning was not working and we had to change the room after me insisting several times to the point that i was really disappointed. Thanks to Monica in guest services who helped a lot in this...
