"Hotel has a relaxing vibe it did not feel like a 5 star property resort and not anything like a Palace. It was more of golf, county vibe, the hotel lobby needs a renovation, but the SPA was amazing. I enjoyed the steam, outdoor pool, relaxation room. The dining room was elegant and overall they tried to be as accommodating as possible. Breakfast was good. Their beach was amazing! "Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close...

"Thank you very much for the complimentary room upgrade, thoughtful welcome gift, and exceptional service. Although we stayed for only one night, it left a lasting impression on us.
