We called the front desk who sent someone to mess with the buttons, and they claimed it was working. But, we had the AC set at 15°C (just to cool it down), and it never got below 23°C. "Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. "I was really looking forward to this experience and was quite underwhelmed. There were tons of rubbish floating in the bay, and I know it's not the organisers fault but, it hindered our experience. There is no way you can go and swim in the water as one of the activities planner suggest. Also all of the other activities are planned at exactly the same time, not sure why, as other boats making it crowded super turisty and not very pleasant. "The boat and rooms and staff were awesome. But the itinerary was lackluster. We did one kayaking stop-off and then they let us jump off the back of the boat and tread water for a bit. My previous cruise we stopped at actual locations and had guided tours."
