"We were in Sydney for the marathon, and Intercontinental was conveniently located less than half a mile from the Opera House and The Rocks. This hotel is probably the best smelling hotel I’ve been to! I really loved the ambiance, interior and decor. The staff was very nice as well. On most days, my family (with 2 young kids) walked to shops and restaurants. I’d definitely visit again. "

"We arrived in Sydney on an early morning flight, exhausted, and went to the front desk just to leave our luggage. On a whim, I asked if an early check-in might be possible, and to my surprise they immediately arranged a room for us. It was such a big help. The hotel has excellent access from the airport, is convenient for sightseeing, and above all, the kind and attentive staff made our family trip truly enjoyable. A wonderfully thoughtful and welcoming hotel."

"A great top of the range hotel for that special occasion. It is central with easy walking distance to the main centres, mainly Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. The staff members were lovely and extremely helpful. We were particularly looked after as it was our anniversary and the hotel provided some lovely extras which made our anniversary even more memorable. Definitely coming back for other special occasions."
